Q: I want to order a few small items, but shipping seems expensive?

A: Send us a message.  Our USPS Shipping calculator tries to find you the best & cheapest shipping rate, but sometimes it’s still a little high.  We can usually try & find you a better shipping rate.  (This mostly applies to smaller light weight items, such as patches, pins, hair accessories, etc.) 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes.  However, our shipping calculator is not yet set up to calculate international shipping costs.  So, if you are in another country & would like to order something, send us an email and we can get the shipping cost for you, and bill you through Paypal for the total cost.


Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Depending on which Shipping service you pick at checkout, the time varies.

We Ship orders out Monday-Friday, usually the day of or day after receiving payment.

USPS Parcel Post 2-9 days

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days

USPS First Class Mail 2-3 days

International Orders can vary depending on customs.


Q: It's been over the estimated shipping time period & I still haven't received my stuff, what do I do?

A: Email us about the issue, we get Tracking on EVERY order, so we can track your order for you & figure out where your package is.  If you don't have access to email, you can call us at 310-780-9095


Q: How do I know what size will fit me?

A: Click on our Size Charts Page on the left side of the website, and you can view standard Size Charts for women, men, & juniors.  This should help you determine what size will fit you best.


Q: The item I want does not appear in the drop down menu, how do I order the size I want?

A: If the Size that you want is not showing up in the drop down menu, we are probably out of stock in that size.  However, send us an email, and we can let you know when that size will be back in stock.  If the size is not offered (for example a larger size or plus size), we can usually custom order for you. Send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do.


Q: How do I Search for a product?

A: At the top right hand corner, inside our banner, there is a search bar.  Type in whatever you’re looking for and the site will show all related products.  Type in your favorite band, color, brand, style, or anything else you want to shop for!


Q: What if the item I order is out of stock?

A: We will do our best to order it for you.  If we have replacement stock on the way, we will notify you that it may take a little longer than expected.  If we cannot restock the item you ordered, we will refund your payment immediately.


 Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: Our website is currently configured to use Paypal to process credit & debit card transactions.  Paypal is free & secure! You can sign up for a Paypal account for free at www.Paypal.com.  OR you can pay with Paypal's credit/debit card processing without signing up for an account.  Once you are taken to the Paypal screen, click on the "Don't have a Paypal Account?" on the left side just below the login.  You will then be able to process your credit card without signing up.


We do also accept Cashier’s Check or Money Order.  If you are mailing in a payment, please be sure to include you order, and any sizes or colors that need to be chosen.  It’s always good to include a phone number & email address so we can contact you if we are out of stock or need more information from you.  We do accept cash, but if you mail cash, it is at own risk!  We cannot be held responsible for lost cash/payments through the postal system.  Cashier's Checks & Money Orders can be made out to DeadRockers

Q: Can I pay with a credit or debit card over the phone?

A: Yes! You can now pay for your order over the phone by calling 310-780-9095.  Before you call to pay over the phone, you must completely order online, without proceeding through paypal. This way we have your order total ready for you when you call including shipping & tax information. 


Q: Do you take phone orders?

A: Yes, but our phone hours are limited.  If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll call you back asap.  You must know what products you want to order when calling, and you must pay with a credit or debit card over the phone.  We prefer online, or emailed orders so we can confirm address, order, etc in writing.


Q: I cannot place an order on the website, what do I do?

Q: How do I apply a coupon code or gift certificate?

A: When you click on 'checkout', it will take you to your shopping cart.  Below the shopping cart, there is a box that says 'Coupon', enter you promotional coupon code or gift certificate code in this box, and the discount will be applied to your order automatically.  You will see the discount itemized on your total.


Q: The website is not working properly, or something is wrong with the web page.

A: Contact Us, and our webmaster will be contacted immediately.





We do allow one exchange within 10 days of your SHIP date.  You must contact us via email before returning your item, this way we can confirm we have the item you wish to exchange for in stock.  Please include a copy of your order/invoice with your order as well.

We do not offer refunds, exchange only, sorry!  Always be sure to review your order for the correct size, color, etc before submitting your order to help prevent having to exchange.

If you have a problem with your order, or it is missing any items, please contact us immediately.


Guidelines for Return/Exchanges:

1. ALL items must be un-worn, un-washed, and in new condition with orginal tags.

Un-exchanable items: Pins, Patches, Undergarments, Sale Items, Body Jewelry, Tights, Hair Dye, CD's, or Vinyl.


2. Once you have emailed us that you will be returning your item, ship your item you wish to exchange to us at: Deadrockers 20608 Earl St., Torrance, CA 90503.  It is reccomended that you get tracking info on your shipment.  This shipping cost is at your expense, sorry.  We will pay the cost of the shipment back to you.


3. After we have received your package, we will send you the item you wish to exchange for.
