RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you do not love your items, return them to us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly issue you a store credit.  Please note, your return must meet our requirements below to be eligible.  Please contact us via email before returning your item, so we can make sure to handle your return correctly.  Please reference your original order number in that email and send to: DeadRockersOnline@gmail.com.  We do not offer cash or money-back refunds. We offer store credit only.  Store Credits may be used on any item we carry and have no expiration date.

For Returns in Store: Please visit our store in Long Beach Store with your receipt (received via email or text)

For Returns Online: Please mail the package back to our Long Beach Store:  DEADROCKERS Attn: Returns - 1023 E. 4th Street, Long Beach, CA 90802

Please include a note (or include receipt inside the package) with the order number, and your name.  Credits are processed for the amount of the items + tax only (no shipping is refunded) Once we have processed your return, we will send an email with your store credit that can be used in store OR online and NEVER expires.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements. We do not offer refunds, store credit only.  If you have a problem with your order, or it is missing any items, please contact us immediately.

Guidelines for Return/Exchanges:
1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with original tags.  No stains, marks, smoke/smells, or any damage to the article.
2. Once you have emailed us that you will be returning your item, and we have communicated with you, ship the item you wish to return to us at: DeadRockers 1023 E. 4th St., Long Beach, CA 90802.  It is recommended that you get tracking info on your shipment. 

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs (unless we made a mistake on the original order or the items arrived damaged/defective).

3. After we have received your package, we will issue a store credit for you and email you with details on how to use your credit.  Credits are issued for the items returned + applicable taxes paid only (no freight charges are credited) Credits may be used in-store or online

*** Do not ship shoe boxes back by themselves, show boxes must be packaged inside a box or poly mailer (like it came to you), so that the shoe box is not damaged! If you simply tape the show box and ship it, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your store credit ***

FINAL SALE/ Un-exchangeable items: Pins, Patches (All), Undergarments, Clearance & Sale Items, Body Jewelry, Socks, Tights & Hosiery, Hair Accessories, Handmade Items, Built-to-Order Items (Including Furniture), Hair Dye, Hats, Music (All), DVDs, Stickers, Sunglasses, Skate Decks, Wall Art, & Posters.

IN-STORE PICK UP

  • We now offer online ordering, with easy in-store pick up! 
  • Simply select In-Store Pick up at checkout (No shipping fees!)
  • We will email you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Bring your order number with you for pick-up!

(Please note, that this is not an immediate service, and if you order outside our store hours, we will fulfill the order when we return to our regular business hours.)

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipments

  • Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. All Vinyl Records & Books have the option to be Shipped via Media Mail.  You will be able to select your option at checkout.  We also offer our standard flat rates as well, you may choose from any of the options given at checkout.
  • We only offer Express or Overnight shipments by request and if available.  Email us if you are looking to have your order expedited. 
  • Free Shipping does not apply to Custom Furniture Items, Shipping rates are calculated after purchase and based on buyers shipping address.  We always get quoted rates for truck freight.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days (Excluding Custom Order or Handmade Items). We ship Tuesday - Friday excluding holidays.  Please keep in mind that we are a small operation. We do work as quickly as possible to ship all orders in a timely manner!
  • Crosley, Black Market Art Company, Annex Clothing, & Lowbrow Art Company brand items may take an additional 48-72 hours to ship, as some are made/shipped to order.
  • You will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking/shipment information.
  • If you created an account at time of purchase, you can login to your account, click on your order number, and click on your tracking number to easily track your package.
  • Orders Over $500 ship with Signature Confirmation Required for Safety
  • Any Shipments that are Returned to Sender (us), will be refunded less the cost of shipping.  If you wish to have the items re-sent, you must re-purchase them.  If you suspect there is an error with your address on your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to adjust the address with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for lost, or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the the shipping courier.  For UPS, Claims may be Filed at UPS.com. 
  • We now offer ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION and highly recommend it for all orders!  They are a rad company that handle all shipping claims (no matter the service) and get claims resolved & reimbursed on your behalf.  The best part is all you have to deal is file direct with them, they reimburse you (or replace the items) and they do the rest - easy peasy!
  • We can assist with claims if needed. Email us.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility, we are not liable for any damage caused while in transit.  We always suggest purchasing ROUTE Package Protection to avoid any issues.

International Shipments

  • We ship Internationally!
  • International orders ship via the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) First-Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide.
  • Average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but can be quicker or slower depending on the destination and/or local customs and postal service.
  • International packages can be tracked at USPS.com or UPS.com
  • DeadRockers does not charge customs fees and is not responsible for reimbursement of any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the the shipping courier.  For UPS, Claims may be Filed at UPS.com.  
  • If you created an account at time of purchase, you can login to your account, click on your order number, and click on your tracking number to easily track your package.
  • Occasionally our shipping calculator is off (bigger box needed, more packaging for breakables, etc) and rates are actually higher than you may have paid.  If the amount is more than $7, we will email you to pay the difference if you wish to proceed with the order.
  • Please Note: We will not alter the amount on any order to adjust your custom fees/taxes. That is Illegal, Don't Ask!

    • First Class Package: 1-3 Business Days (Not Insured)
    • Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days (Includes Insurance up to $50)
    • Media Mail: 2-8 Business Days (Not Insured)

    UPS Estimated Arrival Time By Service:

    • Ground 1-5 business Days (Includes Insurance Up to $100)
