How long will it take to receive my order?
We Ship orders out Tuesday - Friday, generally within 1-7 business days after receiving payment. All Shipments are shipped out of Los Angeles County, California, USA.
All packages are well packaged to ensure safe arrival of your order.
Tracking/Shipping Notification will be Emailed to you when your order ships. If you'd like your package insured, you can add for an extra charge, feel free to reach out to us.
Depending on which Shipping service you select at checkout, the delivery time will vary. If you select standard shipping, we will select the most cost efficient way to ship your package. If you choose the option to add insurance, than your order will be shipped with guaranteed insurance coverage. Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via the most cost efficient method. Vinyl is shipped via Media Mail. Please consider we are a small business, an we do everything we can to get your package to you in a timely manner!
UPS Estimated Delivery Time:
- UPS Ground - 1-5 Business Days
- UPS International - 1 - 2 Weeks
If your item is a gift, please contact us so we can properly execute your shipments packaging, and enclose a note if you wish. We do not include invoices, etc.
USPS Estimated Delivery Times:
- First Class Mail 1-3 business days
- Parcel Select Ground 2-8 business days
- Priority Mail 1-3 business days
- Media Mail (Music Only) 2-8 Business Days
It's been over the estimated shipping time period & I still haven't received my stuff, what do I do?
Check your email for tracking information we sent to you, and track your package at www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com. If you created an account at time of purchase, you can simply login to your account, click on your order number and track the package through the link. If you don't have access to email, you can text/call us at 424-777-3228, please have your order number ready when calling/texting.
COVID 19 UPDATE:
Please Note: during this global pandemic, shipping courier times are delayed and longer than expected. Please wait at least 3 weeks before contacting us. We are seeing a tremendous delay with USPS especially. We highly recommend adding insurance to your packages during this time! Expedited shipping is not guaranteed by freight carriers at this time.
My package says delivered, but it's not here, what do I do?
Our first suggestion is to check the tracking information directly through the USPS or UPS site (using your tracking number), it will say where the package was left, if it was signed for, etc. Secondly, check with members of your household, perhaps someone picked up your mail for you (check with neighbors too!). Third step, is to check with your postal carrier directly and ask where they left your package. Fourth step is to contact your local post office and consider filing a claim. DeadRockers is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Claims must be filed by the customer, however, we are happy to provide any information needed for your claim. If you suspect your package was stolen, you will also need to file a claim with UPS or USPS. We highly suggest having your package shipped where someone is available to sign or physically pick up to avoid any issues. Please note we are not responsible for an issues once the package has left our hands. We are at the mercy of the post courier.
The item I want does not appear in the drop down menu, how do I order the size I want?
If the Size that you want is not showing up in the drop down menu, that size is currently out of stock. However, send us an email, and we can let you know when that size will be available. We can custom order larger sizes in Band Tees (Up to 4XL in available designs), Men's Shirts, & some Women's clothing. Email us for availability.
What if the item I order is out of stock?
If we have replacement stock on the way, we will notify you that it may take slightly longer than expected. If we cannot restock the item you ordered, we will refund you for the out of stock item and applicable taxes. Occasionally we will email with a similar alternative option.
What payment types do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, & Amazon Payments. You will have the option to choose at checkout. We no longer accept payments to be mailed in.
We also offer AfterPay, which is a third party payment provider that allows you to make payments on orders without opting to use a credit card. Please visit their website for more details. Or simply click Afterpay at checkout to sign up/use that service.
In-Store Payment: We accept all types of Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash - We Do Not Accept Any Virtual Pay including: Cashapp, Venmo, Applepay, or any others.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We ship either via UPS International, USPS Priority International, or DHL Express International, as we like to provide tracking and reliability for our customers. You will be able to select your shipping method of choice at checkout.

Do You Carry Straight To Hell Brand?
Yes, we do! However they are only available in-store and not online. We carry various styles of their leather jackets for both men & women, as well as their hats.
Is everything shown online, also in your Long Beach Store?
Not all of it. We do have some items that are online only, but if you wish to pick-up in-store, simply: order online, opt for local pick-up & we’ll email you as soon as it’s at the shop & ready for you!
We do also have items in-store that are not online as well. Our space is limited so not everything is on display at all times. Feel free to ask if you saw something online when visiting our retail store, we’re happy to help!
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us immediately by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org - Only call if it was related to an in-store purchase. For all online inquiries, please email!
What is ROUTE & Why is it in my shopping cart?
